UCFL200 Aluminum pilow block bearing, Description,
1. To ensure effective sealing, pillow( plummer) blocks are avaiable with a variety of special seal options and end covers. Benefits include a facility for easy mounting and dismounting of pre-assembled shafts.
Pillow Block housing can be used with high-capacity spherical roller bearings or self-aligning ball berings.
2. Components of outer spherical bearing The outer ring of this bearing has a spherical outer diameter, which matches the inside of the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat. It has an automatic self-aligning function and is used for a through shaft with poor rigidity and high disturbance. This bearing has sealing rings on both sides, which can prevent the intrusion of dirt tightly. An appropriate amount of lubricant has been added at the factory, and no cleaning is required before installation. No lubricant is required during the permitted lubrication period.
3. Outer spherical bearings are preferentially used in applications that require simple equipment and parts, such as agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery.
